Terms of Agreement
By continue to browse and use this website, you agree to accept, without modification, limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions contained herein (the Agreement). You represent and warrant that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. These terms and conditions apply to bookings you make with our consultants (in-office, over phone or by email) as well as online bookings you make on our website.

Trademarks & Copyright:
Each content of the website is subject to copyright. The website is for the use of clients and non-commercial use. Nobody has a right to modify, copy, issue, transmit, display, perform, replicate, publish, license, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Re7lah.
The website, associated companies’ names, and any other product or trade names Re7lah referenced to the website are our trademarks and/or registered trademarks. Other product and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their corresponding holders.

Use of credit card
Re7lah accepts all major credit/debit cards. Customers can book on the website for passengers other than themselves. The company will endeavor to maintain confidentiality when securing an online payment. This covers the security of your credit/debit card details and other personal information. All of the customer’s personal information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet.

Fraud Management
You agree to use our website or services to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not make false or fraudulent reservations. If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, the website shall cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address, or account. In addition, the website may verify your all transactions through credit/debit card. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, the website reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to the website, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancelation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact “Re7lah Customer Care”.

Re7lah reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of its systems as well as its client’s interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, Re7lah may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.

Flight Confirmation:
Passenger should contact the agency to confirm their flight before 24 hours of departure.

Passenger must be at the airport before 4 hours of departure.

Cancellation & Amendment Charges:
Where a change/cancel is requested by you in your travel arrangements; which is permitted and possible and shall be subject to airline/supplier rules mentioned under PENALTIES of the Rules and Restrictions. A minimum non-refundable Admin fee applies per ticket/voucher for Cancellation/Amendment in addition to airline/supplier penalties. Further, cancellation and amendment request can be emailed to reservations@re7lah.com or WhatsApp/SMS to +965 94480895 quoting your reference number and full name. Our customer service shall respond at the earliest. Most of the airlines/suppliers allow changes/cancellation 24 hours before departure; we propose contacting us at least 36 hours before departure to have sufficient time to handle your request. A minimum one month time period required to refund the amount of your refundable ticket/voucher. Airline PNR should be quoted when communicating with the airline. Travelers should be at the check-in counter three (3) hours prior flight departure. It is the travelers’ responsibility to comply for the required documents and visa. All payments will be charged in Kuwait Dinars. All other currencies are for reference only.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
As a stipulation of use of the Re7lah website, you agree to indemnify us from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including lawyer's fees) and costs arising out of claims resulting from your use of the website, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach by you of these terms and conditions.

In no event will the website be liable to you for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or typical damages (including without limitation lost business opportunities, lost revenues, or loss of anticipated profits or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss or damage of any nature whatsoever) arising out of or relating to (i) this agreement, (ii) the services, the site or any reference site, or (iii) your use or inability to use the services, the site (including any and all materials) or any reference sites. In no event will the website or any of its contractors, directors, staffs, representatives, licensors or suppliers’ total liability to you for all damages, liabilities, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to (i) this Agreement, (ii) the Services, (iii) your use or inability to use the Services or the site (including any and all materials) or any reference sites, or (iv) any other interactions with the website, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort including negligence, warranty or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the portion of the Facilities or the Site giving rise to the source of action.

Third-party links and pointers are included solely for your convenience, and do not constitute any endorsement by us We are not responsible for the information collection practices of third-party web sites that are linked from Bon Voyage Travel Agencies Co’s Website. We recommend and encourage users to review Privacy Policies carefully before providing personal information on any of these web sites.

In case you have a complaint:
It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately [if any].

It is also your responsibility to fulfil the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.

Choice of law and jurisdiction
The use of Re7lah and the terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Kuwait and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of State of Kuwait. Nevertheless, the website reserves the right to bring proceedings to the courts of the country of your location.

The website policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
